At Cerus Development, we endeavor to apply our unique vision to often untested market opportunities. As a small boutique development company, we identify and capitalize on unmet demand in unique segments of the commercial real estate market. We do not compete with the masses, and our focus is always on quality as opposed to quantity.
We envision, develop and build commercial real estate projects that serve a well-contemplated purpose and market, and which are designed to be relevant not only upon completion but for many decades thereafter.
We endeavor to be first to explore new development products, or to develop a new area for a particular product. We are versatile. We are efficient. Our vision, ability to execute on that vision, and focus on quality tend to generate above-market returns for our product.

Examples include Wilderness Estates, an upscale residential subdivision overlooking Lake Georgetown and LOFTS ON ROCK, a residential and commercial mixed-use project located at 810 Rock Street in the middle of Georgetown's Historic District which has been featured on the City of Georgetown Main Street program as being instrumental in bringing new residential infill to downtown Georgetown.
Heritage Court, is our latest, fully leased 15,000 square feet mixed use commercial retail and office building in the heart of downtown Georgetown. Located one block off the historic Georgetown Square, it provides our retail and office tenants and their clientele a unique and intimate living environment and community to complement their professional activities. The design of Heritage Court, including its scaling and facades, has been prominently featured as a prime example of compatible urban renewal/infill projects in the Downtown Georgetown Design Guidelines.
